Restored Home For Sale In Dimboola, Victoria Australia. Only $137,500.00. Can be viewed by emailing me at: admin@johnnyb.com.au And I'll organized someone to show you through. The house includes furniture, white goods and much more as listed in the video. There's also a queen size and single bed as well. Just pause it to read it all. Its a 3 bedroom period home with nice high timber ceilings and we kept it all as original as possible. There's a new roof and new wiring throughout. Many new appliances are all included. We've only used it as a holiday home as it would make a great place to live or for an investment at this price with nothing to do. Walking distance to everything and the town has all services and many stores.

Feb 22, 2012 - We were told originally the home was moved from a farm to this location where it is now but we can't confirm that. The home itself would be around 100 years old minimum. The date on the plan is 1945 but as I said we spoke with a neighbour that said it was moved onto there then.

Feb 26, 2012 - Lovely home-, but WHAT is that little thing outside-outdoor toilet???? Man, how I'd love to move there, but where can Americans work there?

Feb 26, 2012 - Yes you just need a work visa which you apply for beforehand and stipulate how long you want to work for. Not sure on all the regulations for that but that would be online somewhere. There's most likely trade work in Horsham a large regional town 20 minutes drive away and also seasonal fruit picking work in other areas too. The outdoor dunny as we call them is just an extra and there's a new one inside now.
. . . . . . . because these video appear directly from youtube.com which we cannot control it.)
